MACA hosts training two times a year to obtain continuing education units for both credentials and licenses held in the state.

Our Purpose

The Missouri Addiction Counselors' Association is a not-for-profit Professional Organization for counselors living in or working in the State of Missouri.

Mission

MACA will actively engage in those activities which promote the integrity and professionalism of addiction counselors. MACA will provide continuing educational opportunities to addiction counselors, counselors-in-training, and other counseling disciplines. MACA will inform legislative and government officials of Missourians' treatment needs. MACA will explore and pursue ideas and principles which advance the Professional recognition of Addiction Counselors in Missouri.

Missouri Addiction Counselors' Association wants to spread our message of hope and compassion. We believe that a single action can make a difference in the community and that collective action can greatly impact the world. Through advocacy and outreach activities, our team works tirelessly each day to contribute their part to the greater good.
