Jay Chase, Certified Disc Facilitator

Jay moved to Columbia, MO from Fort Worth, TX when he was seven years old. He grew up in Columbia; graduated from Hickman High School, attended MIZZOU, sold cars for 10 years, and battled with substance use disorder for half of that. He is now a Certified Peer Specialist, Coach, and Consultant.
