MARK MCDONALD, MS, CRADC, CGDC, CRPR, MARS
Mark has served as a counselor for 33+ years, working in multiple levels of service. Currently, he is a Counselor with Ozark Center in Neosho. Over the years Mark has been involved in program development, professional development and readiness, supervision, clinical team building, training staff, and service delivery. Mark is a member at large with the Missouri Credentialing Board (MCB) where he serves on the Ethics Committee and Vice President of the Board. He is also a certified trainer for the MCB Ethics, clinical supervision, Medication Assisted Recovery, Transdisciplinary Foundations (TAP-21), families in recovery, and other trainings. Mark provides training for service Recovery Support organizations and other clinicians in Missouri.

REBECCA LOSING, CADC, CPS, MARS
Rebecca entered the field as a Peer in 2016. Since there she has worked at residential treatment facilities, as well as outpatient clinics, and a methadone clinic. Rebecca obtained her CADC while working with human trafficking survivors. Now, Rebecca currently works at Meramec Regional Planning Commission as a Community Development Specialist Assistant and makes an impact through community work.

KENAJO BELL, MAADCII, CPS, MARS
Rebecca entered the field as a Peer in 2016. From there she has worked at residential treatment facilities, as well as outpatient clinics, and a methadone clinic.
