
Rick Strait, LPC, CRADC
Rick works for Community Counseling Center as the Substance Use Division Director and Suicide Prevention Coordinator. He has more than twenty years’ experience working in the substance use disorder field, and more than thirteen years working in suicide prevention. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor and certified substance use counselor. Rick is faculty for National Zero Suicide Academy and is the current chair of the Missouri Suicide Prevention Network. Rick was a board member of United Suicide Survivors International and is currently a board member Missouri Association of Treatment Court Professionals. Rick is a Master QPR trainer and Master CALM trainer. Rick is a suicide attempt survivor and uses that lived experience and his professional training to help those who have been impacted by suicide.
